Thankful Thursday: Christmas Prep Continues

Mom is making progress on getting ready for Christmas. Dog Dad picked up our Christmas cards last night and Mom worked on addressing them until she ran out of stamps. Not giving anything away, but Dog Dad says this is the best card ever because of Katy. As for the lack of stamps, never fear, Dog Dad picked up today when he mailed the huge stack Mom finished yesterday.

Dog Dad suggested making use of the flower boxes on our deck, so they went out searching for something to put in them last night. We are hoping the birds will discourage the squirrels.

  1. This IS the season fur HUSTLE and BUSTLE and lots of "FUN" work and stuffs... RIGHT??? WE just gotta keep the Peeps actually WORKING fur Us...

  2. You're ahead of us on the Christmas Prep! It's such a crazy time of the year but I love it. :)

I really like how you brought your flower boxes to life, very nice!

  3. Mom thought it would save money if she printed our cards - BUtt it sure took more time! But fun time!

  4. I always decorate my flower boxes in the winter too. Yours are very cute!

I just cant get into the christmas prep this year...I think its the warmer than usual weather. I still have all my lawn furniture outside!

  5. We were going to email you our card (we can't do snail mail ones) but we don't have your email address. But please stop by our blog and grab one or both of them. We value your friendship.

  6. I love your planters! They are beautiful!

  7. Mommy is putting up Christmas decorations any old way. She is not in a festive mood at all.

  8. It's going to be here before we know it

    Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo

  11. We get so busy with all the decorating and preparing for Christmas that when it is over we wonder what happened to the peace of the season.
    Happy Holidays

  12. Wait... what? There's some kind of decoration that COULD encourage squirrels to come close, like very close, to our window??? We need to get that decoration right away - we'd love to have squirrel for Christmas dinner, but Mom says we won't. Bah.

  13. Very colorful and festive. Hope those naughty squirrels stay away!!

  14. PepiSmart: Hi there, you guys are organized! We are not even nearly organized. Love your flower boxes too.
