Christmas Card Wreath

The Christmas Card Wreath is beginning to fill. We finally got our Christmas Cards made and all our digital cards have gone out. Mom didn't have a complete supply of stamps so the first batch of cards will be leaving today. Dog Dad will be picking up stamps today so we can send out the rest hopefully tomorrow depending on weather. However, our cards should be heading out to all of you this week.

  1. Pawsome card wreath. Did u hear, some dogs are using last years list cause they didnt know about this years list. Anyway we are checking the cards that come in and making sure we sent them a card or we have to send them a card.

  2. I love the wreath idea. We usually hang ours on the banister but then they usually fall down.

P.S.: Thanks for your thoughtful comment on our post yesterday! I appreciate it!

  3. I pulled out last year's list when I noticed some old friends weren't on this years list and sent out cards to them. I always check the return addresses because we seem to pick up new unexpected local people too that I need to add to our list.

  4. I love the wreath to display the cards. I use ribbon and hang my cards around the archway between the dining room and the living room.

  8. I've been so bad about sending out Christmas cards in recent years. I did send them out in the past, to all my family and friends, but I got so few back that I just gave up.

    1. I'm so sorry that's been your experience. My family is kind of hit or miss on cards which is why I joined Blogville's card exchange several years ago and was part of a Crochet group that exchanged cards. Sadly this year both aren't as strong as they've been in previous years and I do miss it. It is work, but I guess I'm old fashioned enough I still like getting real mail and there is something special about Christmas cards.
