Paws in the Park

As rescue dogs we love to promote events for other dogs in need of a new home. Save a Dog is hosting Paws in the Park at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury, Massachusetts on Sunday May 5 from 10-3. The cost is $10 for adults and children 12 and older. Those 11 and under are charged $5. Registration for the one-mile walk starts at 10 AM. The walk begins at 11 AM. There are all kinds of vendors, doggie games, food, and more. Check out the event website here.

Mom was all excited about going to this event two years ago and then she got sick. Somehow, she missed it last year. This year we are determined to be there.

  1. HI Bailey & Katie
That sounds like a very exciting day out we hope you make this year and we really looking forward to seeing all the friends that you meet. We will be going to something similar near to the end of may called the RSPCA million paws walk. We always get very excited about making new friends. From Milo & Jet

    1. We were getting ready to post about our great weekend celebrating Dad's birthday when everything happened in Boston. Then it took Mom a while to want to post again. When she heard about this event she wanted to help with getting the news out. Wait until you see what Grandma made us for Dad's birthday.

    1. Our rescue is in CT so we don't get to do many events with them. Instead we try to attend as many of the local events as we can to help out the local rescues. We try to support our rescue with donations as we can. There are three big walks for various groups in the spring/summer here that we have heard about through various rescue groups. Last year we got to two of them.
