Bailey and Katy came to us as rescues. We lost Bailey in June of 2016 and Katy in November of 2022. We were blessed to have Annie join us in August of 2016. They have brought great love and joy to our immediate family and to extended family and friends. This blog will share their stories and issues related to Shelties. I sooo agree with you!! Have you seen my ball-in-the-sock video? I just posted it a few days ago under Bucking Bronco Bailey. Do you go as crazy as I do with a sock? Teehee!
I hate to jinx ourselves, but we have yet to have trouble with them stealing socks. In fact they are very particular. They like Dad's tube socks because they roll into a ball and also unwind for tug games. However, Mom uses shorter socks so they have no interest in mine once they get holes in them.
My Mom has the same issue with her schnauzer. My brother saves his tube socks for her when she comes to visit. Her dog loves the long tube socks, but has no interest in the shorter women's socks.

ReplyDeleteSocks are a favorite. They end up in our bed, on the floor, in the yard, used as tug toys between the boys... Yup, socks are great. :)
