Bailey and Katy came to us as rescues. We lost Bailey in June of 2016 and Katy in November of 2022. We were blessed to have Annie join us in August of 2016. They have brought great love and joy to our immediate family and to extended family and friends. This blog will share their stories and issues related to Shelties. Some told from their perspective and others told from those that share this journey with them. Notice: This blog does have Amazon product links and Google Adsense

Happy Gotcha Day Teddy!!
We met Teddy and his sisters on a cold January day and while they were all adorable something said Teddy was going to be our new dog.
This has been something of a crazy year and while I hoped to post so many puppy blog entries it didn't work out that way. Instead we were busy living the puppy life. He has been such an amazing blessing in our lives.
He turned one in November and this week he will be getting nuetered. Our Vet wanted us to wait until he was one and it seemed a challenge to try doing it during the holidays so while not much of a gotcha gift it will be off the list of dreaded anticipations on our calendar. Since all our dogs were rescues or breeder placements we have never gone through this so like all things with Teddy we are breaking new ground.
We do still check on the Blogger feed to see how our friends are doing although we don't always stop to leave comments. We hope all of your are fairing well this winter. It has been a bit cold lately, typical of New England. Teddy and Annie are both loving the snow.
