Be Careful What You Wish For

We were moping around the house because Dad had gone back to work. We really enjoyed Christmas vacation. It was wonderful having Dad home all day. It was hard seeing him get in the car and go back to work. You can understand why we might hope he would come back. Well be careful what you work for fellow pups. Dad got a nasty stomach bug and we had to nurse him back to health yesterday. He is better today, but we pushed him out the door today. As much as we love having him home, that is not what we were wishing for when we hoped to have Dad home.

  1. Oh your poor Dad. You want him to be able to play when he's home, not be sick! Hope he feels better soon!

  2. Oh that's too bad! But a better Dad means more play time when he's home!

  4. oh yeah...those HUMANS...they don't handle throwing up like we do. They just slump down on the couch. We could play ball afterwards...WIMPS. But in all sincerity...I do hope your human feels A LOT BETTER soon.

  5. You betcha. Humans are not nearly as much fun when they have the stomach flu. And, it's definitely no fun for him. Glad he's better.

    Have a great day.
