Mom has been concerned that with the strange Spring weather some of her spring perennials might not do well this year, but she is pleased to see not only her flowers but the first signs of her perennial asparagus crop finally showing signs of life.

It looks as if your asparagus is thriving! I've been thinking about trying it in our veggie garden. However, we have a super short growing season here at high altitude... I used to live in Massachusetts, pretty near Bolton! It's a small world!
