Bailey and Katy came to us as rescues. We lost Bailey in June of 2016 and Katy in November of 2022. We were blessed to have Annie join us in August of 2016. They have brought great love and joy to our immediate family and to extended family and friends. This blog will share their stories and issues related to Shelties. Some told from their perspective and others told from those that share this journey with them. Notice: This blog does have Amazon product links and Google Adsense

The Eyes Have It
Mom says we have very strong stares when we want something. We keep trying to tell her we are just very attentive to her needs.

That's the famous Sheltie stare! Ask your Mama if you get bad tear stains by your eyes like I do, Mom doesn't know how to stop them!
ReplyDeleteWe bet you get whatever you want with those eyes!

Your eyes remind me of the song "Bette Davis Eyes" stop in from H and Z. I f you find the time stop in for a cup of coffee.

Many dogs have eyes like these. I have a black lab & he's only about 2ish maybe 3. We got him from a shelter so we're not sure, but I can say that he doesn't ask for love he demands it with his eyes and his everything. We love him to pieces. If I had one like this guy I would love him to pieces too! He's adorable.
