Grandma Continues to be the Best Gift Giver

Grandma arrived on Christmas Eve with the most interesting contraption. It was a plastic container. Mom said it looked like one of those fancy serving dishes. The plate was a Frisbee and on it where soft squeaky food toys. Katy and I were very impatient as Dad and Mom worked to open the package and release our toys. We were very disappointed when Dad said not only could we not go outside to play with the Frisbee right then, but we couldn't play with it in the house either. However, the potato and the roll have become our favorites. The potato has this fleece on the top that Katy loves. I am not sure where her fleece obsession comes from, but it has not subsided since her visit with Santa.

We hope all of you had a wonderful and happy Christmas. Katy and I have been very tired. We have had constant visitors and have not had a moment to blog. We will be catching up with everyone next week.

  3. This is Frankie's Mom here... You must think that Frankie is totally CRAZY... what with all of his comments about Living Close to you and Being Neighbors.. and asking WHERE you were going to go to have pics with Santa. I feel that an explanation is in order... The confusion all began the day your Wonderful Christmas Card arrived.. When I helped Frankie Prepare HIS cards for Mailing... I certainly did not see any address for Corning, Ohio... but... on the envelope that Your Card was in... it was addressed to Frankie with the correct Twp. Rd. and it said Corning,Ohio with the Zip... HOWEVER (now here is where the funny part comes in...) on the top left it had YOUR NAMES.. and YOUR Street ADDY... BUT.. READY FOR IT???? you had written CORNING, OHIO with the Corning Zip Code.. SOOOOOOOOOO when "Frankie" Saw THAT he just THOUGHT that it was Correct and HE got all excited about possibly having a NEIGHBOR who had a Blog... Totally forgetting that when we did His cards.. there was NOT a Soul from Corning on the list.
You have been so GRACIOUS and KIND.. for NOT calling attention to this FO PAW..
Now that you know the story... you can stop feeling sorry for POOR MISGUIDED DELUSIONAL Frankie.... and Start LAUGHING ... As He and I are both doing. Frankie wants to say that he is very embarrassed by the entire thing.. Even though he REALLY REALLY DOES wish that you lived... right down the Road from him.
    LOL LOL LOL LOL
Now I will tell this to Publish and Frankie would like to speak to his little friends.
    Sincerely, Lana

  4. Well that explains the confusion. I started out using return address labels and ran out. The more writing I did, the worse things got. I am just glad the address was correct so it got to you. :)
