What Happened to Fall?


Mom told us that fall was coming. Katy barely remembers last fall, but I love fall. The weather is cool, the leaves crunch under my feet, and the smells are amazing. However, this past week has felt worse than any we experienced during the hot days of summer. Everything in the house is sweating from something Mom calls humidity.

I demand my fall weather and I want it now!

    Fall is followed by something called winter which we don't like.

    Fall finally hit us in Oregon yesterday. Of course it happened to be a day where I was working outside the whole time, so got rained on a ton.

    I hear you! I swore I was not going to turn the air conditioner back on this year, but I almost broke down yesterday!!

    Yeah, it's been muggy here too. And I don't know by you, but the mosquitoes are still out in force here. Yuck!

    I agree, I love Fall (except for the turn to work). Its supposed to be 60 on saturday so a nice long walk is in store for us

    What is with this weather! Hot then cold, then raining, then hot then cold, then raining. Uggh! Would the weather make up it's mind already. My favorite time of the year is Spring -- but I hear Spring is a long way to go.
