When we heard the rule,
it seemed so cruel.
When Shelties are flying,
it can be so trying.
Somtimes a hop
is really more of a flop.
We know that Dad
is always glad
and wouldn't miss
a Sheltie kiss.
We have no more time
to rhyme.
We must race
as there are squirrels to chase.
