Not Our Latest Storm

This actually happened on April 6th but Mom never got around to downloading the pictures so she could put them on our blog.  We actually had ice this weekend.  Not nearly as much fun as snow and we just looked wet and sad rather than happy snow dogs, so no pictures of that.

Mom loved that I just sat down like I was having a day at the beach. I was quite comfortable and she eventually had to call me in because she didn't want me out in the cold and damp for too long.

Thankful Thursday: Snow Dogs

If you haven't been following our Blog you might have missed that we love snow. Those of you who visit frequently often see our true enjoyment of the white stuff. Mom caught pictures of us enjoying Monday's storm.

A Delayed April Fool's Joke

Saturday I was sitting here on the last snow desperately trying to hold on to the last of our precious snow cookies. Mom thought it was cute and had to shoot pictures of my attempts to hold on to the last bit of cooling tasty snow. We had a beautiful warm day on Easter and Mom had visions of tulips, irises, and lilies coming up and blooming. Well little did she know Annie and I had other plans. Monday morning beautiful tasty snow began to fall and we have a yard of snow cookies again. Dog Dad says Spring snow doesn't last long, but he didn't expect we'd get more snow today, so we have hopes for long term Spring snow cookies.

The Snow Corridor

Mom has certain shots that she just likes to get of us. One is comparing us to the height of other things, high snow walls work. The other is her strange facination with the paths in our race track that Dog Dad digs for us. She just delights in catching pictures of us in the paths.

Annie's Agent

Come on Annie bigger smile you know there are cookies on the line for both of us. What you just naturally shine for the camera, why shouldn't I get a little something for encouraging you to shine?

Thankful Thursday: Our Treehouse

Hurry up Annie it's time to get into our super duper secret treehouse. With the low hanging branches it is really hard for Mom and Dad to get in here so it is our own little hide away. It also helps reduce rain and snow impact during a storm. We can also really scare the squirrels when they take refuge here. They forget its our hangout and when we bark it is so funny watching them run.
